About Kelly & Alice

Kelly & Alice have been working as a real estate team since 2022. Between them, they have 20 years of experience helping buyers and sellers. Prior to real estate, they were both teachers in Northern Va and the Northern Neck.  Alice began her real estate career in Alexandria, Va and, in 2016, moved her work to the Northern Neck when she relocated to be near family. Kelly started doing real estate in the Northern Neck, where she grew up and returned to raise her children. Alice is a graduate of St. Stephens and St. Agnes School and UVA, where she earned a double major in math and communications. Kelly graduated from Northumberland High School and Mary Washington college where she majored in biology. Kelly also earned a masters in education from Old Dominion University. Kelly & Alice’s roots in the Northern Neck provide them extensive knowledge of the area, appreciation for its residents and pride in what the community has to offer.
